Episode I
During the era of the Galactic Republic, Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn and his apprentice Obi-Wan Kenobi try to protect Queen Padmé Amidala of Naboo in hopes of securing a peaceful end to an interplanetary trade dispute. Meanwhile they discover a nine year old boy who is strong in the force of the desert world on Tatooine who wins a Pod Race resulting in his freedom and his entry in the Jedi Order on Coruscant.
