Description of EMILE DUFRAISNE:

He believes the United States has lost it's way and must be set back on course by any means he sees fight, his plan to do such is through force. His plans on setting off bombs in several large cities including New York City and trigger an nation wide "Second American Revolution". His group of followers are equally is fanatical and he treats failure harshly, often with a bullet to the head. From his HQ located in New Orleans he send his agents off on missions all around the world and even in the United States to further his cause.
