Two years after the symbiot returned to Eddie turning him into Venom again, Peter Parker, without knowing it, has unleashed a dangerous plan between his enemies who had meet only to destroy him. Meanwhile, his relationship with Mary Jane turns complicated for the memory of Gwen that makes Peter to shut his feelings and the confusion of Mary Jane who loves him but she can't confess it. Besides Peter's duties as Spiderman makes the complication even worse.
