The Sinister Six returns to New York with a new roster of villains including a New Goblin and Spider-Man has to team up with old enemies to stop them while still grieving the death of Harry Osborne and in the end, Gwen Stacy is unfortunately killed by The New Goblin and Peter has to deal with that on top of Aunt May's death and eventually the doctor diagnosed him with depression.
