Peter Parker is a freshman in high school, and now has great powers he doesn't know what to do with. But when Norman Osborn starts looking into the kid who broke into Oscorp to find out about the death of Richard and Mary Parker and eventually tampered with radioactive spiders they were working on, he becomes the Green Goblin to take down the city's newest protector, Spider-Man, while Dr. Curtis Conners has become a monster in order to regrow his own arm using DNA from the radioactive lizards they kept.
