In this dark and gritty incarnation, Peter Parker is a tortured hero who lost his Parents, Uncle Ben, Tony Stark, Natasha Romanoff and Steve Rogers when he was seventeen and his aunt, May Parker in the hands of the Green Goblin Variant, and now eighteen years have past, Peter is a young adult and gave up being Spider-Man. But when a new threat appears in New York, the other avengers must go back to save the hero New York wanted.
