A proposed sixth Spider-Man movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe
Peter's injuries from the attacks on Hell's Kitchen are so severe than he retires as Spider-Man. WIth New York left in chaos, Norman Osborn agrees to clean up the city in exchange for total control, in the name of security. He takes on the mantle of the Iron Patriot and rules over the city with an iron fist. When Earth is attacked from above, Norman resorts to drastic and experimental measures to becomes it's protector, with consequences that force Spider-Man out of retirement.
