As Miles Morales continues to balance his normal life with being his universe's Spider-Man, a new threat who could cause a catastrophic disaster emerges, as he and Gwen Stacy journey through the multiverse together and meet its protectors, a group of Spider-People known as the Spider-Society, led by Miguel O'Hara. However, Miles finds himself at odds with the Spider-Society on how to handle the threat, as time runs out....and the multiverse may already be doomed.
