Mac Gargan was introduced at the post credits scene from Spider-Man Homecoming. In the scene, he was talking to Adrian Toomes, the villain Vulture, who seemed to be recruiting a revenge group against Spider-Man, the Sinister Six. At this new Spider-Man trilogy, Mac Gargan could be already out of prison seeking revenge against Spider-Man, as the villain Scorpion, alongside other villains at the Sinister Six.
