After the events of Spider-Man 3, Peter & MJ reconcile and get married, then days later he finds out that he's being evicted from his apartment due to legal reasons. but when an oscorp inventor Adrian Toomes (a.k.a The Vulture) gets revenge on Spider-Man for messing around with his business, he teams up with Felicia Hardy (a.k.a Black Cat) to stop The Vulture from killing MJ.
