Head of Oscorp who is secretly experimenting on people, sometimes killing them in the process, and Spider-Man is onto him. When he finds out that Spider-Man is onto him then he creates suits for three of his Oscorp employees turning them into the Rhino, the Scorpion, and the Falcon, intending for them to kill Spider-Man.
