Captain Martin Walker is sent in as a leader of a three-man recon team into a post disaster Dubai. Upon entering the city Walker and his men embark on a sanity breaking odyssey dealing with a local rebellion led by the FBI and a rogue faction of the US military both desperately fighting over what remains of the disaster torn city.
