Description of Jason Wynn:
Jason Wynn is the director of the United States Security Group, an umbrella agency that encompasses the CIA, the NSA, and the NSC. He is considered one of the most powerful men in the world, and has politicians and government officials on his payroll as well as high standing in the black market and even is the superior of Tony Twist, the local mob boss. Wynn is manipulative, ruthless, cold blooded, calculating and incredibly arrogant, believing himself to be invincible. However seeing as how he is the one responsible for Al Simmons's death, it seems he'll be his own downfall
