A betrayed special forces operative, Al Simmons, is murdered and sent to Hell, where he makes a desperate deal with a demon to return to Earth and see his wife again. Reborn as the monstrous antihero Spawn, he discovers years have passed and his former life is gone. Trapped between Heaven and Hell, he must navigate dark conspiracies, demonic forces, and his own fading humanity. As a war between celestial powers looms, Spawn becomes an unpredictable force that could tip the balance. Haunted by love and vengeance, he must choose what kind of monster, or hero, he will become.
