Picture This a kid from high school who was a star football who lives in a foster home and while during a game his speed accelerates and he doesn't know why and then later finds out that he got it from his father the Flash. After that, he thinks of it as a sign that he is meant to do good things and becomes his own hero known as SoundWave. Destined to be like his father he seeks training from his father's arch-enemy reverse flash who is now a cop and he will stop at nothing to be a new hero in his hometown of Smallville.
