Description of Purple:

Purple cures are usually loners due to circumstances of varying kinds, whether they struggle socially or have personal baggage they must overcome with their teammates' help. Because purple is often a midseason cure color, purple cures often tend to have fantasy-based backgrounds or are nonhuman. In seasons that give Cures elementally-themed powers, purple cures are typically given darkness, or more broadly night/space related powers.
