The story of 90s R&B Trio Group “Tony! Toni! Tone! It consists of D’wayne Wiggins, Raphael Saadiq (born Charles Ray Wiggins), and their cousin cousin Timothy Christian Riley. Originally, the band went by "Tony, Toni, Toné" as a joke, until they realized it "had a nice ring to it".
