Fan Casting Super Sonic in Sonic The Hedgehog: The Blue Blur

After exposure with the overwhelming power of the Chaos Emeralds, Sonic would awaken a violent split personality that only sought to destroy. While powerful, Super Sonic is destructive and sadistic, wanting to kill Sonic's friends alongside his enemies. This would lead to it being used as a 'last resort' by Sonic himself only used in near unwinnable battles, such as against The Death Egg Robot, Knuckles, and Mecha Sonic. After absorbing the much more refined energy of the Master Emerald and a literal battle with Sonic inside of his own mind, Super would be tamed and mellow out. He is still erratic, unruly, and wild, but is now able to tell friend from foe and has Sonic's sense of justice.
