Fan Casting Omochao in Sonic The Hedgehog: The Blue Blur

A robotic Chao created by Scratch to spy on and collect data on the mysterious species, it was found and reprogrammed by Tails and Sally. However, Scratch’s shoddy programming job led it to become a glitchy mess upon gaining free will. Now serving as the 'aide' to Sonic's group, Omochao often tries to relay useful information to Sonic and his friends, however said glitches means that it's often just stating the obvious and only serves to annoy the very people it's trying to help. Even after taking constant physical and verbal abuse, it just keeps coming back just like its creator.
