Fan Casting Emerl in Sonic The Hedgehog: The Blue Blur

An ancient robot discovered and reprogrammed by an ARK scientist, Emerl was then later again sealed away alongside Shadow during the shutdown of ARK. In the present day, he would be found by first Eggman and then Sonic, who taught him how to be his own person alongside his friends. This would develop an infant-minded Emerl into a kind-hearted, noble, and heroic figure that had some of Sonic's signature attitude. He possessed the ability to mimic the abilities of others, interfere with technological devices, and absorb the energy of the Chaos Emeralds. Emerl would tragically overload himself with power, leading to his destruction after his failsafe triggered during one last battle with Sonic.
