When Dr. Ivo Robotnik opens a portal to another dimension known as the Sol Dimension, he and his doppelgänger, Eggman Nega, steal the Sol Emeralds. Now stranded in Sonic's world, a cat/princess named Blaze reluctantly allies herself with Sonic in order to take back the Sol Emeralds.
