The film follows Sonic and Knuckles as they attempt to destroy Robotnik's newest invention, The Death Egg, while Tails, Amy, Tom and Maddie scuffle with Metal Sonic. Sonic the Hedgehog 3 and Knuckles is set to be released on February 2nd, 2024, in order to coincide with the 30th anniversary of the game it's based on.
