Sonic and Uncle Chuck fall out of the battered Death Egg as it falls back down to the planet. The two hedgehogs thought this was it. Until a familiar biplane comes to their rescue! It was Tails! He repaired the biplane after it got hit earlier so he could save them! Sonic gives a five-second introduction to Uncle Chuck and Tails. Once they have landed, Sonic had told Uncle Chuck that Tails was an orphan. So, Chuck makes a decision: he takes in Tails as his own nephew, making Sonic his new brother! The two will share many adventures yet to come, and their bond shall never be broken.
