Ava Starr is the daughter of Elihas and Catherine Starr and a founding member of the New Avengers, who gained the ability to become intangible and generate extreme amounts of power after a quantum leap that killed her parents. At a young age, S.H.I.E.L.D. began to take advantage of her powers, under the name Ghost. Under the care of William Foster, while they were still trying to figure out how to restore the name, the TVA came to take them. They made an effort but still ended up in the void. So they will have to be neutral in order to get out of the void.
