Snake Eyes and Jinx are on the run in Japan 1985. Running from StormShadow and his Ninjas who want Revenge on Snake. He decides to run back to America with Jinx, so StormShadow will never find them. While on the run, Flashbacks to the time Snake was at the Arashikage Ninja Clan. Showing his relationship with StormShadow, their friendship, rivalry, and the eventual Hatred towards SnakeEyes from StormShadow. Also Showing the Silent Love between SnakeEyes and Jinx, and the jealousy from StormShadow. Leading to a Fight between the two on an airplane heading to California. Jinx Sacrifices herself for SnakeEyes. But StormShadow is left in Japan and is Found by Zartan. SnakeEyes makes it to California and buries Jinx's body.
