Foster brother to Slaine & entering the last days of king of the Sessair, he mistakenly married Megrim (Medb in disguise.) who was responsible for the Fomorian occupation of their tribe. He was so embarrassed by the ordeal, he opted for ritual suicide abdicating his role to the next in line....Slaine. They were close childhood friends known to go hunting wild cat together.
