The Water portal master of the group and one of the playable portal master's adopted siblings. Oscar's the youngest of the group, and is a soft-spoken (when he speaks at all) and socially awkward kid who's generally found hiding behind his siblings, preferring to let his companion Ms Whale do the talking for him. Despite this, he's a kind boy who loves to help others. Though not a fighter, he and Ms Whale can heal Skylanders and give them buffs. Ten years old.
