Chomp Chest was originally just a petty villain who used his status as a living treasure chest to trick people into opening him so he could attack them and steal their belongings, an occupation that landed him in Cloudcracker. When other villains began reforming, he wasn't all that keen at first, but then he realized that being a Skylander meant he could travel all over Skylands and find more treasure than he ever did as a thief. So, he joined up with the Skylands Restoration Team and became a Sensei, mentoring Imaginators of the new Rapidfire Imaginator class.
