Lanka is a fearsome demon lord who rules over a kingdom in the furthest reaches of Shockodile's domain, and thanks to Brain, has begun expanding his empire over to the rest of the land and kidnapping its people for his own, leaving Shockodile to calm the raging storm he's created. Fancasted VAs must be Indian or at the very least South Asian.
