Kaos's mom and a renowned and feared evil portal master in her own right, Kaossandra acts nice on the surface, treating her minions well and playing nice with her opponents at first. However, she's incredibly conniving and sly, isn't one to give up quickly, and thinks poorly of her son due to his repeated failed attempts to conquer Skylands. She serves as a main villain during the third story arc.
