A young air dragonet who hails from Whirlwind's homeland. As part of maintaining the diplomatic relationship between the air dragon and unicorn communities, he and Starburst were hand-picked to someday succeed Whirlwind as leaders of the community, and were raised together as they trained to someday take up the position, thus leading the two to think of each other as siblings. When Whirlwind was called back into duty, he and Starburst accompanied her and enrolled in the Academy, with Zephyr entering the Air Element class. He's the more rational of the duo, but not above a sly prank or remark or two. Vaguely teenaged.
