Once one of the many robots responsible for maintaining the Sky Train's vast and complex networks, Jawbreaker went from one of many maintenance robots to a heralded hero when he defended the train from an onslaught of Gear Trolls. He has a fairly strong sense of individuality and isn't afraid to do what's right, even if it means going against the grain.
