Homer has gotten crippling depression after alice glicks death. So he uses graggle simpsons ouija board to ressurect alice glick. After he does so alice glick has crossed paths with satan, and satan takes over springfield, with smithers by his side he is destined to take over the world, with springfield as his headquarters.
