The Anythingverse (Phase Five: Post Infinity)
After he is sucked into a black hole, The Silver Surfer is sent billions of years into the past where he encounters the primordial god Knull destroying all Light in the universe, and with the help of a young Ego the Living Planet, the Surfer defeats Knull in combat and finds personal redemption for himself after years of being plagued with guilt for helping his former master, Galactus, consume countless worlds. Throughout his adventure, the Silver Surfer's cosmic shell that acts as his armor is damaged and in the final moments becomes stained black.
