Aaron is a seasoned detective who worked on some of the most high-profile cases in London in 2005. He is highly respected by his colleagues and known for his sharp instincts, incorruptible nature and dogged determination but can be clumsy at times. Aaron is also haunted by a personal tragedy in his past, which has left him deeply scarred. He communicates with Sofia through a mysterious radio that allows them to share information and solve cases together, despite being separated by time. He has a strong friendship with Joanna and sees Sofia as his daughter, despite only communicating with her through the walkie talkie.
