A big stupid ugly ogre named Shrek is sent on a quest to save a princess name Fiona locked in a dark tower from a dragon for Lord Farquad to marry. Along with Shrek going to save the Princess Fiona, he also goes on the quest with an annoying talking donkey and soon they become freinds.
