A young boy who’s been looking for his mother, stumbles upon a wizard who grants him the ability to turn into an adult superhero, and it’s all fun and games until a powerful villain with similar abilities joins a mad doctor who with a dark backstory who both want conquer the world! Billy and his newfound powers must learn the responsibilities of a superhero and defeat his adversary along with his adopted foster family.
