The wife of Nigel Gilbert, who also works for the Port Authority in the WTC's North Tower. She is motherly figure to some of the other staff members, including Rebecca Henshaw, who works directly with her in the same room. A composite character based on Nicole DeMartini and Susan Rescorla.
