For the majority of the series Mila Koval plays a mysterious woman who keeps appearing randomly seemingly watching Anna. This leads Anna to suspect her as the killer- making her look for her etc while no one else has seen her before, making some people think Anna is crazy. It's revealed that Mila is a famous podcaster investigating all the ghost face killings across the country, and is following Anna investigating this current one. It's also revealed Mila is a survivor of a ghost face killing. She saves Anna and helps fight off the killers in the final act.
