Kiernan Abrams is a lawyer in New York City and Anna's best friend. She serves as Anna's emotional rock for most of the story and becomes her lawyer when Anna is sued for attacking her 'stalker' Mila on the street thinking she's the killer. Kiernan is revealed to be one of the killers and the mastermind. She also reveals she's part of an online 'cult' of people around the country who are taking up the Ghostface mantle saying it's deeper than just Anna. She manages to get away in the final act against Anna when the cops arrive. The cops are unable to find Kiernan and revealed she had been using a fake name for her business etc because they can't find records of a Kiernan Abrams
