Scooter's Sparkling Stone by Dow Kump; Laura Kump, This is Scooter. He is a ten-year-old cloud who lives in Friendshipville with his family and friends. Many clouds in Friendshipville are granted a talent. Sooter is waiting to receive his, and wonders what his talent will be. In order for Scooter to receive his talent, he must be honest and show good character. To prove his honesty. Scooter will have to return something that is not his. The decision is difficult-- what will Scooter do to show he is honest so he will be given a talent? In Scooter's Sparkling Stone, husband and wife, Dow and Laura Kump, have created a wonderful story with a heme of honestly. Their goal is to help children develop good character through positive storytelling.
