The City of Townsville... is gone. A time paradox is erasing the timeline where the Powerpuff Girls existed. They can't go back to what's causing it, but they can move forward. Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup fly at the speed of sound into the future (Professor Utonium is there too), where an old ancestor of Professor Utonium exists: Samurai Jack. Together, they must stop Aku and send Jack back to the past. If he doesn't make it and defeat Aku, Professor Utonium and the Powerpuff Girls will never exist.
