In the quiet, idyllic town of Salem Ridge, nestled deep in the Appalachian Mountains, something sinister stirs beneath the surface. For centuries, the town has remained untouched by time, seemingly perfect—until strange disappearances and violent murders begin to plague the town’s residents. People are found with their eyes hollowed out, their bodies twisted into grotesque shapes, as if something had hollowed out their very souls. A group of unlikely strangers, all drawn to Salem Ridge for different reasons, slowly uncover a long-buried secret. Beneath the town, a hidden, otherworldly force known as The Hollow Ones feeds off the life force of its inhabitants, draining their essence and twisting them into hollow shells of their former selves. As these strangers are brought together by fate, they realize they must confront this malevolent force before the entire town—and eventually the world—is consumed.
