Five years had passed since DeMarcus Jackson seemingly died in the explosion on the Aldermans Yacht. With Johnny Gat behind bars, Troy being an undercover cop, Julius missing and Dex leaving the gang, the Saints quickly fell apart and allowed for new gangs to pick up their empire. New friends and enemies emerge, and alliances will form, while DeMarcus has to start fresh, and reform the Third Street Saints in order to take back his empire.
