In the enigmatic town of Midgard’s Edge, the gods, giants, and heroes of Norse mythology live as ordinary people, stripped of their memories by a powerful curse. The curse was cast by Loki, now the town’s cunning mayor, but the true instigator is the ancient frost giant Ymir, who seeks to prevent Ragnarok by scattering the gods’ identities. Into this world arrives Eirik Thorsson, the grown son of Thor and Sif, searching for his lost daughter—whom he had with another mythic figure (later revealed to be Freyja). Eirik’s daughter has been adopted by Loki, who is tormented by guilt and begins a journey of redemption. As Eirik unravels the town’s secrets, he discovers that not everyone is who they seem, and the fate of the realms hangs in the balance.
