Set in the mid 1970s, Private Eye Nelson "Nelly" Valliant, son of the late Eddie Valliant, needs Roger Rabbit's help in solving a murder case involving a high ranking Hollywood exec and his ties to a businessman with connections to organized crime, who plans to sell the Toontown will to private businesses and destroy Toontown.
