The story follows Brooke Carter, an audacious deep-sea salvage expert, who is hired by Victor Talbot, the ruthless CEO of Talbot Industries, to recover several of his luxury cruise ships that vanished without a trace in the Bermuda Triangle. What begins as a routine mission turns into an extraordinary adventure when Brooke and her crew discover that the missing fleet has been sucked into a hidden world beneath the ocean, known as Abyssus—a submerged dimension where the rules of nature are wildly different. This ancient underwater world is governed by powerful, warring factions of aquatic beings, some of whom once thrived on the surface but have evolved into their own advanced societies over thousands of years. Abyssus is filled with sprawling cities built into coral reefs, bioluminescent landscapes, and awe-inspiring creatures of the deep. Yet it is also plagued by deadly currents, unpredictable weather patterns, and mythical sea monsters that guard its most sacred treasures. As Brooke and her diverse team of adventurers—including Galen, a former marine archaeologist with a tragic past, and Mira, a rebellious scientist with ties to Abyssus—journey deeper into this world, they uncover a sinister secret: the ships were taken by a rogue faction of Abyssian rulers, led by King Orros, who believes the surface world is a threat to their realm. Orros is planning to use the captured ships to stage a full-scale invasion of the human world.
