A pair of game-obsessed ghosts from the Underworld. Sparky, the larger ghost, does the actual Frolf playing while Whoosh, the smaller ghost, does all of the talking (though Sparky does have a few lines in some of the Mini! shorts). Scooter first faces the two on Planet Frosticle and again on Planet Lavatron in season two. Their default frog is Shakey, a ghostly frog that is immune to lava.
