Fan Casting Validus in Return to the DC Universe

A powerful brute, Validus is easily the strongest member of the Fatal Five physically, being able to fight on par with the likes of Superman, Mon-El or Ultra Boy. Originally, Validus was a creation of Darkseid's, being a mutated and transformed Garridan Ranzz, the son of Lightning Lad and Saturn Girl. However, this current Validus is a creation of Tharok's, using some cellular structure from Tribulus, a former member of the long gone L.E.G.I.O.N. and R.E.B.E.L.S. Besides his strength, Validus is known for powerful psionic attacks, even as simple as his mind is.
