Fan Casting Snapper Carr in Return to the DC Universe

The first known "mascot" to the JLA, Snapper (due to his habit of snapping his fingers) was brought on to help the JLA as an electrician for their first headquarters by his uncle Simon, working for Oliver Queen as the team's financier. Though he would drift apart from the JLA after the Joker used him to discover the Secret Sanctuary, Snapper still would come to help his old friends any way he can, even going on wild adventures when his metagene triggered, allowing him to teleport by snapping his fingers.
